How do I get rid of acne and acne scars!?

Tips tips please !!
How bad was your acne and how did you get rid of it.
Can be products or home made 
stuff. ASAP!! 
Currently I use Apple cider vinegar once in a while and raw African black soap once in a while also.

I use half apple cider vinegar and half water as a toner. It’s helped tremendously with my acne scars and discoloration.

I had awful (even sometimes cystic) acne. Since I was around 12 to 17. Of course, teenagers have acne but my acne was so bad that I was on 12 different topical ointments, and 9 different oral medications until I finally was put on one that worked! My dermatologist put me on accutane. There are dangers with it like every other pill and the restrictions are a little stricter, but it was SOO worth it! It changed my life! I still break out every once in awhile around that time of the month, but not really anything other than that. I was ok acuteness for 6 months and that’s it. It’s a miracle pill!
