Acid reflux

Been up pretty much all night with the worst acid reflux I have ever had I tried milk have already exceeded the amount of tums u can take in a 24hr period along with taking my Prilosec yesterday and can’t take another one for 4 more hrs anyone have this right before labor starts?

P.s I asked if I could double up on Prilosec and Zantac and they said no because I wouldn’t be able to digest both apparently because I have no gallbladder idk what that has to do with it but
