So I’ve recently been doing a lot of research on eating overall eating healthy and having a vegan lifestyle (not fully vegan yet but currently transitioning and I’m feeling amazing 🙌🏽♥️).

I’ve been TTC for a little over 6-7 months now. I’ve tried so many products to help with my fertility and I’m only 23 years old and personally it’s just too much for me and I feel as if it’s doing the complete opposite. Never been on birth control & mostly grew up in a 85-90% organic lifestyle.

I feel as if everyone has different bodies (obviously) but it also functions differently and sometimes some of the fertility products doesn’t help the body like it should or says it will. I’ll be honest, Perhaps our bodies can’t handle the ingredients/chemicals and it causes our bodies to do the complete opposite, I don’t know, that’s just me 🤷🏻‍♀️.

I typically do eat 90-95% all organic. Lately I’ve been making fruit smoothie bowls with fruits, vegetables, and probiotics, and I top it off with granola, honey, and nuts, or cut up fresh fruits when I have it. Lunch and dinners are well balanced meals that contain organic products/whole foods or vegan products.

I not only want to be fully vegan but I want my baby to be fully vegan as well. I don’t crave meat or processed foods to begin with. I’ve always had a calling for Whole Foods. Vegan life is just more beneficial and natural and I strongly believe that!

I’m currently using a fertility supplement (pill form) from my local all natural store. It’s an all veggie pill that is suppose to help with fertility.

Here are some questions I’m super curious about:

• Has anyone used coconut oil as lube and was successful?

• Has anyone of you transitioned while TTC and it was more successful?

• Any other pill form for fertility that’s all organic?

• List any Natural products for fertility or overall pregnancy.
