Confused about this...

Cycle Day 44, which means I’m anywhere from 5-10 days late. I had brown spotting the 9th and 10th (happy birthday to me), then pink/red spotting, only when I wiped, on the 11th, nothing the 12th, 13th or 14th. Today, the 15th, I wiped light red blood, but only once, then back to nothing. I have never in my 10 years of having periods ever had spotting, other than on the last two days of my period.

I tested on September 30th, October 8th and yesterday. All negative, though I thought I may have seen a faint line yesterday.

Anything on this one?
