might be TMI, but this pregnancy is so different

So I am finally pregnant again, and only a couple people actually know. My hubby wants me to keep it on the dl until Christmas (I've had miscarriages before, but never past the 5 week mark.) Well anyways so far this pregnancy is so much different than when I was pregnant with my son 5 years ago. I have not really had any morning sickness at all, even though yes certain smells make want to hurl, but its not super severe. Im thankful because I can hide my pregnancy a little easier this time around. However I feel that Im increasing in size more but Im actually eating less now that Im expecting. And I constantly have to go number 2, when last time I couldnt go at all? All in all Im just curious if any of you ladies experienced the same thing??
