herpes in pregnancy

no judging please or nasty comments I've been with my partner for nearly 4 years now we already have a two year old son and at the beginning of our relationship he told me that he had herpes and I accepted it I am now 23 weeks pregnant with my second little boy who is due in February and I have just come up in spots that look like herpes I have got a swab tomorrow but I was just wondering do I give birth naturally or do I have a c-section because I really don't want to pass it on to the baby thanks
