??? Is this Implantation bleeding ????

Help needed lovely ladies!! So we have been trying to conceive for 2.5 years as far an Clearblue ovulation tests have shown I wasn’t/ haven’t been ovulating maybe missed it? however according to glow I was supposed to ovulate last weekend-Monday my AF range from 28-31 day cycles so a bit hit and miss if/when I am ovulating

A couple of days ago felt very dizzy and light headed nauseated etc and today I’ve been having cramps on my left hand side and down the top of my left leg

Any ideas of this could be implantation bleeding ?
