Labor is going to be a bitch 🤦🏼♂️
So I’ve been having contractions this morning and I’ve just realised my natural instinct is to hold my breath through them not breathing through them like you are supposed to.. I feel like this is probably intensifying them more than necessary... gunna be a long day/night if this turns out to be active labor 😓😓
