Too early ?

So I've had very sore and tingly breasts, in fact they have actually grown almost a whole cup size in the last two weeks. I get nauseous here there. I've been very tired the last couple days and have had thick white creamy CM. My period isn't due until Tuesday but last night I had a migraine so bad and I was so nauseous that I actually got sick. I took a test last night just for curiosity considering all that's been going on and it was negative. Could all of these "symptoms" be just a coincidence ? Or is it maybe just too early to take a test since I'm not due for another two days ?
