Glasses while pregnant? 36 weeks

Question

I'm 36 weeks pregnant and just got new glasses (pick them up tomorrow) and I've recently read that it's not a good idea to get them while you're pregnant but other places have said it's not a bad idea... I haven't had glasses for two years, and needed them very badly... Will I regret getting them?! 😭 Thoughts?

I remember going to get my eyes checked when I was newly pregnant last time and the optometrist asking if I was pregnant because that can change your eye sight. 
This time I have waited and will go once bubs is around 1 month old

I asked my eye doctor about this specifically and he said its not an issue!

Don't regret it if you already bought them unless you can back out of it. The reasoning is that some women have their eyesight change due to hormones and then it goes back to normal.
