Sharp pain in my lady bits...

So, my first pregnancy was really easy until 3rd trimester. This one I have barely noticed I am pregnant lol but the past week I’ve had “spotting”. It’s only when I wipe and I don’t have problems peeing. And the last 2 days I have had this sharp pain in my vagina. I have my 16 week appointment tomorrow so ive been trying to wait till then to say something, it was just pretty uncomfortable today. And yesterday I had a major sharp pain go through my stomach when I was laying down.. I don’t think I should be worried but I’m wanting to see if anyone has had this problem?
