Please help! I think I need to go to hospital?

Sorry this is graphic but something is wrong. I was having reg sex reg position n my clit felt like it had a hair on it. I raised up wiped n went back to it n I had to stop n started screaming. It felt like a razor slicing me. I waddled to the shower n hot water hurt cold hurt. Reg was tolerable. I can't close my legs now. So before u ask he hadn't just shaved. Nothing is or was there. I cleaned area n iced. Has this happened to anyone? What shld I do?
