It’s not much. But it’s progress🤷🏽‍♀️

So it might not seem like much of a weight loss. But at least my face doesn’t look like that anymore. Nor does my body. I no longer have back rolls. And a chunky chunk face. My face has always been a baby face type one, so it’s always held more fat.

It’s almost been a year since my weight loss 2.0. I had previously lost 25 lbs and gained it all back rapidly.

Then last year decided to try again and have in total lost 18-20 lbs.

and have kept it off. 🙌🏽

Goal is 145-130 lbs. but I’ll take what I can get👍🏽
