So recently I found out I was pregnant with my rainbow baby after a trip to the ER due to some pain I was having .I thank god everything was okay though .I'm 16w4d and I'm so scared,after having a miscarriage last year I thought that I couldn't even get pregnant again or keep a baby which makes me so scared about this pregnancy I'm praying everything works out but I just need some advice on maybe a little bit of do's and dont's of pregnancy just to insure my baby will be safe this time..my last pregnancy only lasted a month so I'm surprised I made it to my second trimester this go around without anything going wrong and I have to say im so blessed ,I can't do anything but thank God for this miracle ...so far everyone that knows about it seems to be happy especially my mom.I know how hurt she was when I had my miscarriage last year and I hope I don't have to go through that pain again
