Red Bruising/ rash in throat after blow job

I had intercourse two days ago, today I have noticed this weird rash in my throat, there is no pain at all and I didn't even realise until I looked in the mirror.

Is it possible to just get bruising in your throat from giving a blow job? Cause it kind of just looks like a hickey, as the he was quite rough.

I'm hoping this is nothing serious, obviously if it gets worse or does not go away I will visit doctor
