My manager is a bit of a control freak and hates anyone on their mobile phones while at work but its ok for him to go on his. I am 18 years old and the only female working here. He is 63 and every time I go to the toilet he stands outside the door and listens to make sure I'm actually going and not just on my phone..

This is when you go to HR if you can and voice your concerns over you using the bathroom and him standing outside there. That's not okay on any level. Does he only do it to you or does he do it to everybody?

The phone thing isnt a big deal, he is the manager after all so he can mostly do whatever he wants. My manager does stuff she tells us off for all the time. The pee thing doesnt sound ok, and you should let someone know.
