Leave it alone or say something?
Some of you might remember me from last week. I had posted about my fiancé wanting to go out by himself with two of his so called “child hood girl-friends” while I stayed home with our daughter and his two kids. I created a huge argument as I thought that was not right. He didn’t end up going. But something was telling me to check his phone. So I did, and I was looking for his friend Dawna. Who initially had texted him days before and was letting him know her and Sara were going to be here in LA and they wanted suggestions on where to eat. I had seen these messages as well a few days after she texted him. Well Thursday came around, we had already been arguing about something else. He gets home and this is when he hits me with the news that he’s probably going to meet Dawna and Sarah for drinks later that night. It was around 7pm when I was told. Like I said, we get into a big argument. It was ugly. We make up the next day after a long talk. But I still wasn’t feeling right until tonight. I decided to get his phone tonight and check and see the messages between him and Dawna and the messages were deleted. No where to be found. I’m pretty good at investigating so I know he deleted them. Should I address this? If so, how ? How do I tell him that I went through his phone and tried to check? I mean, doenst it look shady to you guys? If these are harmless friends like he says, then why would he delete he messages? I feel bad that I’m invading his privacy because I’ve done this before. He doesn’t invade mine, at least not that I know of. So should I address this or leave it alone?
Edit: I’m here seeking advice on how to tell my fiancé I went through his phone. But if you guys miss the point, I went through it after he was trying to meet up with TWO WOMEN and have drinks with them and I wasn’t invited. I wanted to see what the messages said now they are deleted it. Yes, it was completely wrong of me to do this. But now I feel like I need to let him know and ask what is he hiding. Doenst this look very suspicious?
