I would think that heavier periods would be good because that means that you have a good uterine lining.

It's easy to jump to conclusions, especially negative ones, when your body is doing something out of the ordinary so I understand your question. But a heavy period does not indicate fertility issues whatsoever. Your period may be heavy some months and light others and that's completely okay and usually nothing to worry about. 🙂
