Pregnancy safe acne system?

Hi ladies! I was on an antibiotic for my skin for several years and never had any acne whatsoever. I obviously went off it once we started trying-and my skin is worse then it ever was as a teenager. Does anyone recommend any skincare for acne that is pregnancy safe? I’m so self-conscious about my face right now-I’m desperate to find something that works so I don’t spend my whole pregnancy feeling terrible about myself. Thank you!

Philosophy clear days ahead is nice! I struggled for YEARS to find something that worked on my skin and a combo of that treatment moisturizer, Yes to Tomatoes activated charcoal masks, a scrub, and African black soap has done wonders for my skin.

I’ve been using Burt’s Bee Acne Solutions line. I absolutely love it! My skin is super clear (thankfully). 
I went for Burts Bees because I know almost all their products of 95% or more natural
