I am exactly 37 weeks today. I don't have any prominent signs of labor . doc checked me for dilation and she said it didn't start yet...so my body isn't getting ready for labor as for now. I felt a little decrease in movement 3days back. I went to doc and she asked me to monitor my baby movements and also did my ctg and ultrasound. she pointed out that fluid needs to be monitored aswell. today I went in again.and she said if my fluid levels is OK(10.9 afi )and if drop further till Thursday (37wk 4day)I ll be induced .also she asked me to monitor movements closely next couple of days.however I feel movements are OK for last 2days.. if I have to be induced I need tips. how can I go into labour naturally. can I do anything that can help and if inducer how can I help my body .
