PLEASE HELP??

My husband has started to get this little balls that look like pimples but they aren't pimples and they are started to spread all over his face but more his neck. We don't know what it is or why he might of gotten it. If y'all could please please help I will really appreciate it. More pictures in the comments!! God bless you guys!!

Allergic reaction. This happens to me when I use a certain face wash.

it looks like he just shaved and is having an allergic reaction. Did he switch to a new razor or a new shaving cream

Go to a dermatologist if it gets worse but it's probably just a rash or razor burn.

It looks like either heat rash / eczema or an allergic reaction, which can be from anything topical to a food. And you can grow new allergies to things you haven't been allergic to before.

tell him not to shave for a few days.  ingrown hairs can happen.  especially if he is naturally curly.
