Im 5 weeks!!My First Appointment is soo far away :( !!

I have a blood test Oct.19th to confirm my results (5 positive pregnancy tests) :) yay!! but then I dont see my nurse practitioner until Nov.1 for a prenatal visit... then she will have to set me up with an appointment for an ultrasound which will probably be forever away to... :( I just feel all these appointments are so far away.. Im a first time mom, and no the first trimester has its risks, so I just wish the appointments were closer so I can continously have confirmation everything is okay !! Im so worried.. anyone else feeling this way? When are your first appointments? Im 5 weeks .. Wont have first apointment with nurse practitioner till Nov.1:(
