Please Help....How long???

Question

Just curious how long it has taken everyone to get pregnant in your 40's?  What days of your cycle did you try?  My Dr said day 10 and 12 of cycle but no luck yet.  I am legs up in air almost standing on my head for 10 minutes.  😢 Please help!

I'm 42, this was my second month trying, and got BFP today at 10 DPO!! Don't let your age scare you. It's very possible to have a healthy, happy pregnancy in your 40s 😊😊

I’m 41 currently 15wks pregnant with a healthy baby (so far!). It took me 3 months of focused tracking my periods and CM. I didn’t temp or anything. (I’ve attached my chart for July where we got pregnant). I had several bursts of EWCM, so I didn’t know when I ovulated exactly, and my feeling was I ovulated LATER than when most docs suggest. As it turns out, I did ovulate 4-5 days later - as when my dating US was completed, they said I was 4 days behind counting from LMP. Attached is a pic of my chart and first two positive tests (approx 12/13dpo)

Just my 2 cents...if you’re already 40 do not wait...go see a specialist ASAP!  I lost a lot of time trying naturally and come to find out we might have had slight male factor all along even though my husbands sperm analysis was good because I’m now 7 weeks after doing IVF with ICSI.  
If I were in your shoes I would get checked out ASAP and then do more aggressive treatments in a few months (after taking Ubiquinol with PQQ for at least 3 months).  also have your vitamin D and Shea’s levels checked.

I'm 41. I have been trying 2 years. 8 miscarriages. No baby. I have 26 to 28 day cycles and ovulate cd13. I temp so I know when I ovulate. I have sex every other day starting cd8 per my RE. I've had 6 Clomid cycles, 6 femera cycles and 6 injectable cycles. My fsh is 9 and my Amh is 1.40. I'm trying natrually now after we adopted a year ago. I am taking multiple supplements, getting accupuncture and I'm following the keto diet. I also just lost 1/2 my body weight in hopes of having a successful pregnancy.

3 years.  Started at 38.  Had MC.  Many fertility treatment later had chemical at 40.  Now 7w6d after IVF right before 41st bday.
I took lots of supplements for egg quality the last few months before my IVF as well as vitamin D supplements because we fiu d a deficiency.

my ex and I went to a fertility specialist in may 2015. he told me my chances were very low. we tried every month and no luck. I took 3 preg prep right after my last period in August 2015 and boom! I don't recommend it. mine ended up a tubal. I turned 41 when I found out I was pregnant.  good luck to you

What day do you ovulate that he is suggesting cd 10 and cd 12? I’ve been trying for 12 months. This month would have been 13 but I missed my fertile week completely due to husband out of town
