IMPLANTATION BLEEDING AS LATE AS 12DPO?!

Question

So today I am 12DPO, supposed to get my period in 2 days at 14DPO. I'm pretty much like clockwork. I ovulated exactly when predicted at 14DPO as confirmed by opk's and my period is NEVER EARLY.
Tonight I realized I had SO much discharge so I ran to bathroom and when I wiped i noticed there was a TINYYYY bit of pink.
Start of my period, or did I just have a super slow egg?! Ive read it can take up to 12DPO to implant and 5 days after that to get a positive so technically some women don't get positives til 19DPO, 
God I pray this is the case and that this isnt the beginning of my period!!! I thought for sure this was our month. So getting a BFN every day for the past 2 has suckkkked

yes implantation bleeding can happen 12dpo, so it could be that. obviously if it becomes red discharge it's your period and it just came a couple days early, anything can happen with your body
