Treatments for Keratosis Pilaris?

I’ve had these little, annoying bumps on my arms for as long as I can remember. It’s super frustrating and causes lots of insecurity during the warmer weather when I want to wear short sleeves. I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on what works. Please, share what has helped you!

My husband has it on his arms and I have it on the sides of my upper thighs. I bought a scrub by the brand KP Duty (I got it at Ulta) and it works miracles! The brand is actually targeted for KP and they have lotions, too, but we mainly just use the scrub. I will never use a different body scrub again! It’s a little pricey but it lasts for months and a little goes a long way.
