What does everyone feed their 1 year old? My little baby is almost one and I feel like I'm behind on what I should be feeding her in a day I feed her some baby food and some regular food, this is my first baby so I just feel like I might be underestimating what she can have at this point. Can you say what you feed a 1 year old in a day breakfast, lunch, and dinner? Just to give me an idea of what all I can be giving her. I get worried she cant handle food but I'm slowly realizing she can eat quite a bit of different things.
