Need help

Okay ladies I need some advice. It’s to early for me to take a pregnancy test and I’m not sure if I’m pregnant but I’ve been having very sore and sensitive nipples and my boobs have been very itchy. Also I’m going on day two of being late. I started “spotting today” I’ve been cramping but my period is off. Is very light pink and clear and only when I wipe. Could I be pregnant?
