Pregnant with a septate or bicornuate uterus?

Good evening ladies! 
Hope everyone is doing well. I am going to fertility treatment and have had several exams.  
My hormone levels are great, my ovaries and Fallopian tubes are grey as well. BUT today I had an HSG and was told I have septate or bicornuate uterus. 
Has anyone here been diagnosed with that and gotten pregnant?

My dr told me that this shouldn't be an issue with growing a baby but they could possibly end up breach if they don't have enough room to flip around depending on severity so could result in a c section delivery.

I had a septate, but mine was small enough that the doctor was able to remove it. I'm currently 14+4. 
My sister in law has a completely bicornuate uterus (so there's no surgery that can really fix it), and she was able to have two children (so far) naturally! Her second came 6 weeks early, but is now a healthy and rambunctious two year old. There is hope!
