PCOS?

So I had Mirena in and got it taken out in May. We thought we were going to try to conceive but nothing. Then I have been having cyst like pain and pain internally by my csection scar with heavy bleeding, spotting through out my cycle and irregular periods. I have an ultrasound in a few days but I'm scared this will affect it in a few years. Advice?
