One sided contraction?

It only happened once and then didn’t happen again all night, so I’m not too worried, more just curious. I’m 32+6 and have experienced some non-painful Braxton Hicks for a few weeks. Last night, I felt pain that was almost the worst pain I’ve ever felt, lower right side abdomen. It lasted for about a minute. It felt like a cramp and I had to stand up to get any relief. Made me sweat and get nauseated. I know it wasn’t my appendix because I’ve had that removed. And I know it wasn’t round ligament pain because I’ve had a lot of that and this was way different. Anyone have anything similar? If I had experienced more, I’d check in with my doc but it was only once and baby boy is still moving and grooving a LOT. Thanks!
