Losing Weight
Hi everyone!
So, since 2015, I’ve gained about 15-20 pounds (depending on the day lol) for no reason that I can think of. I eat about the same amount of food and still eat about as healthily as I did before, and I’m generally a pretty healthy person aside from my caffeine addiction and sweet tooth. I love vegetables and freshly cooked fish and all that good stuff. Now, it’s not very much weight I’ve gained, but it’s very noticeable on my body. I look bigger, and I have stretch marks and cellulite. I’m reaching out to the eve community for tips on how to lose weight without having to restrict my diet too much, because I tend to quit trying if it’s too much for me to handle. Please help! Also, workout regimens that you recommend would be helpful!
