My little one is 6 months old now and I had her via emergency c-section after being induced due to preeclampsia, 24 hours of labor, and 2 & 1/2 hours pushing. I always have wanted to go through labor and actually deliver her vaginally but after all of that... (she was measuring 10lbs, there was no progress in pushing, and the doctor had already mentioned that her shoulders could get stuck and she could end up with shoulder Issues.) but even after all that I just feel like I failed! I wanted so bad to do the hard work of pushing her out of me and have the labor that I wanted. Even after 6 months I’m just so bumped that it didn’t happen. Does any one else feel this way!?
