Um boob pimples??

What is this under my boobs, like the pores are filled with a little bit of pus or they’re clogged!!!
How do i get rid of it!?

do you clean under them regularly ? looks like dirt built up tbh. i would get a body wash thats made for acne and pore blockage.

If I have to guess yeast infection. You need to let them dry really good after showers. Use coconut oil and tea tree oil..it should help if not see ur dr

The area looks irritated. I use baby powder on hot days to keep dry there. You might want to go for Gold Bond medicated powder. I get them on my breasts, I've always referred to it as chicken skin because it looks like my feathers were plucked. I exfoliate and keep clean, on occasion one will get sensitive so I pop it and everything returns to normal.
