5 months pp.. Random bleeding?

5 months PP from c-section and I also got a tubal ligation that day. My baby is also EBF. I use to always get my period on the 3rd before getting pregnant. I didn't have a period until 14 months PP with my first and when it came back it went back to the 3rd like clock work. Well this time at 4 months PP I eneded up getting my period then and also on the 3rd. This month around that time I felt crampy and like I was going to start but never did.. Well this last week I haven't been feeling well.. Upset stomach, sore body and cramping. Well here we are on the 17th and I am now bleeding mildly and its light pink.. Has anyone else went through this??

Now it is heavier and painful cramps. Thinking getting my tubes tied has effected my period like others said it did to there's. They have never been this painful.
