I am looking for a unbiased opinion... Me and my husband have been married since March. And we are expecting a baby in March. I currently work full time and attend school full time in the evenings. My husbands mother is a hover mother even though he is almost 31 years old. She texted me last night to say they stopped by the house and that she is worried my husband is going to leave because I cannot keep the house clean enough to his or her standard. Mind you I just picked up my house on Saturday, it's not perfect and there is clutter because we are very limited on storage. But I would not consider my house dirty. I pick up the best I can when I am home but most nights I don't get out of class until 10pm. My husband does not pick up after himself or clean his dishes or wash his laundry ... nothing. He said that is my job as a house wife ... am I mistaken isn't a house wife someone that stays home to look after the kids, keep house and cook ?? Last I checked I am not a house wife. I don't see this situation getting any better as it's a every couple week argument. What should I do ? Any suggestions ?
