baby food?

My daughter is 6 and a half months old. How much baby good should she be eating a day. I have been introducing different fruits and veggies, but I don't know how much she should be eating a day. She still gets her formula. The baby good I buy comes in 4 ounce cans, how many cans day should I feed her?

As much as she likes, no more than a can though I'd say. I can't get my baby to eat more than a couple of teaspoons 😒
