3 weeks pp

Maybe a bit tmi. I had a csection 3 weeks ago I had pretty light bleeding for 6 days then only had dark red blood when wiping for 2/3 days then it was done. Today I passed a baseball size clot then dark red/brown blood. is this something I should be concerned about? Has anyone else experienced this?
