It’s faint, but it looks positive. Try pink dye, they always give better results and are less likely to give you dye runs.

it is not faint its clearly a positive can you get a pic without the flash?? the line in the small circle is just the control line

Super faint. I would try to use a pink dye test. Blue dye lines are notorious to have dye runs. But it looks like it could be positive.
