Please help ladies

Ok so im kinda loosing weight and not eating how I used to so last week I took a pregnancy test and one was faint and the other one negative so i was about to take another one but then my period came in really naturally for only 4 days as always but after 3 days which was yesterday I started spotting like a peach color and pink and ive been having cramps. Some people say its implantation but some others say its just normal. Im confused someone help could I be pregnant or could it be normal? Im scared of taking a test cause i dont want to have a negative one but i dont know what to do.
