Birth Control Shot
So I went to my doctors appointment today to get on birth control, I wasn’t sure which one would be best for me. So I chose to get the shot. I was told by a few friends that it makes you gain weight, this scares me. I’m already self conscious and I really don’t want to gain any weight.
What’s your experience with the shot and what are some ways to **try** to prevent weight gain?
