so my mom informed me today that if your period blood(throughout your whole period) is pink like legit pink it means that your iron is low. like wtf? did not know that. she found out that either day cuz her doctor told her... this woman has had. period for over 30 years and just found that out. wow.

clarification* yes you can have an iron deficiency when you have a heavy flow and bright red blood but when your blood is literally pink (breast cancer pink) you should have your iron tested because more than likely your iron is low. (it's pink because instead of your body releasing red blood cells it releases white)*
