Need a second opinion

I took the plan b a couple of weeks ago because the condom broke. I am supposed to start my period next week but last week, I have been experiencing a lot of discharge that is clear or sometimes white and it feels like I am peeing on myself but I’m not. Also to ass my nipples has been getting really pointy and hard. Other than those I have not been experiencing any odd changes. I am also anemic and have not been taking my medicine. Does this mean I am pregnant?
