How often do you shower?

I shower every day but do my hair every other day because it's such a hassle to do every day. Plus, I heard that it's actually quite damaging to wash your hair everyday; is that true?

twice a day. however,  because I own my own business and don't comte daily, I wash my hair once a week.  I keep it in a bun all week long. . my 1 year old daughter LOVES to pull on it so up it stays all day, all night. when I wash my hair,  I'm shocked every time at how long it is, because I never see it down unless I shower. of course,  if I go somewhere that day or the next day, I always wash my hair before.  it's kind of funny because my hair STILL smells like conditioner,  a week later, and it's still clean looking,  because I never have it down. I brush it every mooring,  but usually I do it on the run as I get my daughter up for the day..
