So since I found out I was pregnant I stopped working out due to fear it could cause a miscarriage. I’m now 10 weeks and seeing a bunch of fit Mom stories , it’s given me motivation to workout and get my body back in shape. I’m not talking about loosing weight just toning up. I’ve gotten a small pooch and my legs are definitely not as firm as they used to be.
Should I just jump into it and start working out? Or should I work my way up to a full workout? Any fit moms on here with advice on prenatal workouts😁
