Sharp stabbing pains in my lady parts???

Today I had my 34 week growth scan (34+2) and everything went great. Baby B (son) is head down and measured 5lbs 10oz. Baby A (daughter) is breech which I’m happy with because she has been transverse under my ribs for week and she measured 5lbs 3oz. They had me hooked up to the machines and I wasn’t having any contractions. After the appointment we went to eat and ever since we left the restaurant i am having what feels like sharp stabbing pains in my lady parts but from the inside. I guess my cervix? Is this something normal to be feeling this far along? Should I be concerned? I have no bleeding or leaky fluid. My next appointment is Friday. Thoughts?
