Does this sound like a belly piercing infection or keloid?

I got my belly pierced last wednesday tomorrow is gonna be a week that i have it. In between the jewlery in the middle the skin is really hard and it hurts, i get pains here and there its also red but i have no puss or crusts on it. i been cleaning it with h20 but i stopped and switched to sea salt soaks today. so what can this be??

Belly button is one of the easiest piercings to get infected because of all of the bacteria in the belly button. The body also naturally tries to reject piercings because they are not supposed to be there. Now days, so many piercing artists tell different ways to keep a piercing clean. I always used alcohol and peroxide and washed them with antibacterial soap. None of mine have ever gotten infected. I have also never gotten my belly button done (i have always hated my stomach).
