HCG levels today

I got my HCG levels back today and at exactly 6 weeks they were over 95k. Seems really high to me. I go in Thursday for an ultrasound I will be right at 7 weeks. I am so nervous. Twins do run on my husbands side. Anyone else have high hcg levels this early for a single baby??
