I have really bad acne that's ruined my life for 10 years. I was bullied for it all through school and I hate looking in the mirror

Definitely my weight. This isn't even the biggest I've ever been, but I still hate it so much. I'm working with a few specialists so figure out the cause, because they've all agreed that it doesn't make sense. I feel totally betrayed by my body.
