So this will be my first month using this stuff and I’m wondering if it really works and would like to hear other people’s story with it!

it's suppose to carry the sperm better without diluting or "harming" it basically it's as close as you're going to get to your natural lubricant(cm). if you regularly use lube then yes it would probably be better. but it doesnt offer any extra benefit. if you dont use lube anyways then it's pretty pointless.
