Any one with a boob job? Sorry might sound dumb

Question

So had I a boob job 4 years ago and it was under the muscle so I can breast feed .. Has anyone had a boob job and got sore boobs when pregnant ? I was wondering because before I got my boob job I always use to get sore boobs around my period and now that I got this done I don’t get sore boobs at all.. since you lose some feeling on your boobs when this boob job I was wondering will sore boobs happen if I was pregnant ?

I never got sore boobs during period or before nor did they grow and swell like they did prior to surgery. During pregnancy 1 they got huge and even bigger when I breastfed 
Now I'm on pregnancy #2 and they're large again lol but not necessarily sore just my nipples are a bit.

I got mine done 7 years ago, under the muscle also. I get ridiculously sore breasts around ovulation all the way into AF 🤦‍♀️ never been pregnant though, so... I’m not much help on that one
